Striving to improve

Striving to improve.

“I do the very best I know how, the very best I can, and I mean to keep on doing so until the end.”

Being a dental professional involves commitment to continuously learn and improve your skills and knowledge. This not only applies to the dentist but also to our dental nurses, therapists and hygienists.

Heather and Becca have recently completed training in Smoking Cessation.

As well as other health risks smoking causes staining on the teeth. It can also lead to gum disease and eventually tooth loss. Smoking increases the risk of developing mouth cancer.

Stop Smoking Wales is a free intervention training program to help support anyone who wants to stop smoking. You are 4 times more likely to succeed with NHS support than using will power alone.

You can contact them directly or we can refer you. Ask the dentist or hygienist next time you are in.

Congratulations to

Sarah Gregg who has received her Postgraduate Diploma in restorative Dentistry.

And to Joanna Kettle  who attained  Level 3 Diploma in Treatment Coordination.
